presented a check to Edinburg Rotarian Manuel Cantu for the Edinburg Rotary’s CajunFest 2018 on Saturday, February 10 at the Echo Hotel and Conference Center in Edinburg. CajunFest is a signature fundraising event that supports local, state and international causes through the Service Over Self Foundation. VLTC Places 1st of 18 in 2 Categories at Local Grilling Event

Valley Land Title Co. was on FIRE and Rocked the House at the 1st Annual Grillin 4 TREPAC cooking event hosted by the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors! Head Chef Jose Antonio Ramirez and his teammates Tommy Martinez, Mario Garza, Henry Leal, Sonny Molina and Nanette Palomo placed 1st in both the Fajita and Ribs Categories our of 18 teams!!!!!

Congratulations to Chef Jose and his team and a huge THANK YOU to the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors for hosting a great event – “It was well worth the HEAT!!!”


Paul R. Rodriguez Inducted into Texas Land Title Association Board

McAllen, TX – Valley Land Title Co., a Valley institution since 1919, announces the induction of Paul R. Rodriguez, CEO/President, on June 13, 2017 to the 2017-2018 Texas Land Title Association Board at its annual conference held in New Orleans, LA. Mr. Rodriguez has an extensive history in the Valley banking and title industry as well as previously serving on the Affordable Homes of South Texas and Sharyland ISD boards and currently serves as trustee of South Texas College.

TLTA is a statewide trade association representing the Texas title insurance industry and currently serving over 13,000 professionals involved in the safe and efficient transfer of real estate. With active members in every Texas county, TLTA membership comprises over 90 percent of all title insurance agents and underwriters licensed to do business in Texas.
