Galindo’s career in the title industry started in 2000. Through hard work and dedication to her profession, Galindo has earned the respect and confidence of lenders and realtors to handle closings with the utmost professionalism.
Galindo earned the TLTA (Texas Land Title Association) CTIA (Certified Title Insurance Associate) certification with experience and knowledge in both escrow/settlement and examination/abstract areas.
Galindo is involved in industry related associations such as the Women’s Council of Realtors, Greater McAllen Association of Realtors and Rio Grande Valley Builders Association. She is also a member of Leadership Edinburg Class XXII and is very active in numerous community & school activities.

Carmen C. Cortez, Policy Manager at Valley Land Title Co. has been inducted into the Rio Grande Valley Walk of Fame. Carmen was nominated by her community, the city of Alamo, for her outstanding service and civic contribution. She was inducted to the 2016 Rio Grande Valley Walk of Fame at the RGV Walk of Fame Dinner on Thursday, February 3, 2016. Each year nominations are received from cities and chambers of commerce across the Valley. Inductees are chosen by the RGV Walk of Fame Commission and are recognized at the ceremony with a brick paver. This year the inductee was presented with a commemorative plaque instead of a brick paver since each honoree will have their name added on a wall inside State Farm Arena. Hundreds attended the 2016 ceremony where more than 30 business and civic leaders were inducted into the Walk of Fame. Valley Land Title Co. is extremely proud of Carmen for her dedication and service to her family, friends, community and her VLTC family. Congratulations Carmen!
